Theoxenia is located on the Blue Flag beach of Ouranoupoli, in Chalkidiki. It offers air-conditioned rooms, a tennis court and 4 pools, including an Olympic-sized pool and a pool with hydromassage. The monastic-style rooms and maisonettes of Theoxenia Hotel have a satellite TV and a refrigerator. Most of them open out to a balcony. At the on-site restaurant guests can enjoy a American buffet breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner buffets with Mediterranean dishes and a choice of 3 house wines. Theoxenia also has 3 bars - at the lobby, the pool and on the beach. All serve cocktails and snacks. Free sun loungers are provided at the pool bar. Guests can rent a boat and visit the neighbouring Amouliani Island with its crystal clear waters. The hotel offers free private parking on site.

I strongly recommend this hotel for those are looking for serenity and good services. In my country, there is a proverb „the man sanctifies the place”. This applies perfectly to Hotel Theoxenia where Mr. Kasnakidis manages a very friendly and professional team. The manager it’s a truly GENTLEMAN! Having a family with a small child, I consider myself very inspired in choosing this hotel. Having some meals restrictions for the kid, the manager, the kitchen boss and the rest of the team were very.

Excellent staff, very friendly and professional. Maria Enehelidou, Dora Stefou and Giorgos were excellent, so the Manager when our son was lost down the beach. It is more of a recommendation: some sort of measures should be taken against mosquitos. Make sure you include the reception number in the brochures inside the room as we struggled to figure out how to reach it. It says '' half board '' and we thought that this covered everything both in the evening meal and breakfast. Unfortunately we had to pay extra for the drinks, no mention in letsbookhotel.com that we had to pay for the drinks such as coffee, beer, coca cola etc. It has to be made clear, the same for the beach sunbeds and umbrellas. the furniture was plain and old. - you have to pay 2 eur for 1 hour of wifi (in 21st century) - every night very loud music coming from nearby bar on the beach - probably it's not hotel fault, but it's most important... Almost every family in hotel we spoken had same problem like we did and that's stomach virus few days after arrival (vomiting, diarrhea...) - I'm sure this hotel was excellent 4* hotel when it was opened (few decades ago, probably), but now simply must be refurnished and renovated. No way this hotel can be rated 4 stars. More like 2+. Extremely old furnishing, no amenities in the bathroom. The hotel is probably 30 years old with no renovation done till then. Food was not very good as well - no variety and far away from the famous taste of Greek cuisine. Definatelly will not recommend this hotel.
