The owner was very helpful. We arrived at 3 am, after a delayed ferryride. They had left a number for us to call and when I called, they werevery friendly and helpful, as if it were mid-day. very near to the beach, you sleep with waves, clean, nice guy. Beautiful view of the Agean sea. excellent location, good in room facilities!. The location was fantastic, right on the beautiful beach of Hora, Naxos. The staff were really helpful and friendly and apartment was clean and very comfortable and nice to stay in with the cute balcony. Would definitely recommend this place to others, the value for money was outstanding!.

I left my passport behind and the lady courier it to me the very next day at another island.Very friendky stuff and close to the beach and the main town of the island. Good location close to the beach /town yet quiet at night. Vasos was friendly and showed me places of interest on a local map when i arrived. If you dont want a little sand in your room, dont pick a hotel close to the beach.Didnt find this a problem. A pleasant stay in all.Situated close to the sea with very nice bars and restaurants adjacent. Walking distance to the town centre. Sea view very nice. Good situation near the beach and the town. Free transfer from the port.The location. noisy fridge - had to switch it off at night time, but everything was really positive about this accommodation.The older man at the desk (father?) was very difficult. He insisted thatwe pay cash on checkout - claimed he didn't know how to use the ccmachine. He was angry and rude, but we stood our ground. He called theyoung woman at home and she came so we paid with cc. She was verygracious. Now we were running late, but he drove us to the port to catchour ferry - at no charge -and he was almost nice!. They "had something wrong" with the Visa-card machine, so if we had run out of time, it had been a big problem..Now we had to go to the bank, to get money for paying.! They didn do anything to fix the unit!. would have liked to have had more consistent hot water for showers. The room was small and couples may find it a squeeze. No curtain on the shower so water went everywhere.Take the toilet roll from its holder!!Would not pick up from the port. They said their vehicles were not allowed,but they dropped me off? Not too far really though.Needs refurbishement. Room was small but with seaview and a small balcony. Bathroom was wet after showering due to a leakage. No hot water one day. The room and the balcony are very small..No view of anything except a wall,advert states sea views room standardwas quite poor. On arrival at port approached the gentleman with thehotel name, and was told to take a taxi at 5 ueros. When arriving athotel there he was with his minibus. Why could he not have taken us inthe minibus?. On check out we weren't offered transport to the port.
