The room itself is much better than I expect -
AMAZING place to stay. The rooms are incredible, you will only ever be in contact with one other guest(s), as there are only two rooms: the smaller room downstairs and the upper windmill room. Anastasis is a gracious host, he helped us find a great deal on a scooter and picked us up and dropped us off at the port. Breakfast was more than we could eat each morning. I cannot stress how amazing these accomodations are, if we ever make it back to Mykonos, this is the only place we will consider

Marietta, the owner is just AMAZING. She couldn't do enough for us while we were there. She picked us up from the port and drove us to the airport on departure. She spent time with us on arrival and gave us a full briefing of the area with her recommendations and even walked us into Mykonos town to help us get our bearings. The one bedroom apartment was perfect! It was even better than in the pictures. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Even the bathroom was a nice size. The Wi-Fi work

My room had a balcony with beautiful view of the harbor and windmills. The sunset view was breathtaking. The hotel had lovely terraces. The hotel is located 15-20 minute walking distance from the town center (uphill) but the view is worth it.
The breakfast was very good. The cookies and cakes were especially decicious!!
The hotel offered free transfer to and from the port which was very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at Portobello Boutique Hotel tremendously. It is a classy hotel with a very contemporary feel, nestled a little away from the main town of Mykonos, barely 5 mins away from the quaint shops and little alleys. I can't imagine that you can do better for this price anywhere on Mykonos! I really couldn't offer a criticism. If you want to enjoy the fun and atmosphere of Mykonos Town, be near a lovely beach with a traditional taverna, but not be next to pumping music 24/7 then this is for you!
The rooms are all in self contained mini cottages, with stylish shower suites and lovely fresh decor. There's even several perfect spots to watch the sunset away from the crowds...
