Great location for exploring Western Peloponnese. The hotel is 10km away from Voidkilia beach - one of the best I have seen. Marathopolis is a sleepy fishing town during the week but gets livelier during weekends. It has a few pretty decent (and cheap!) fish tavernas along the sea front. The hotel is quite new and very decent for 3 stars. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The view from the hotel is spectacular - best sun set! It has a decent gym.
all reviews » The area it's very nice.You can find a lot of beaches with sand. Panorama tavern has very good food.You can take the boot and visit the Proti island. Also you can visit the Methoni and Koroni castle.Voidokilia beach it's close. If you are attrancted to history you can find some arhelogical sites in the area.The breakfast was very good. Friendly staff. Nice hotel room with modern furniture and a great balcony with beautiful view. Whole hotel complex is very new and clean. Beautiful pool area. Breakfast was standard, but additionally they served homemade pastries. Hotel is close to the sea, but w/o beach, for swimming you have to go by car. Staff was very friendly. The location and view is superb and the town Marathopoli with it's typical greek fish restaurants is a great experience. Wonderful pool and gym (with a great personal coach). the room was very spacious and clean and the terras from which you could see the sunset was splendid. A very nice new hotel.rooms are modern,including two,or one big beds,a sofa,and all in a very high standard.there is olso a balcony to each room.it is, at least a four stars hotel.there is a very nice view to the sea and the island.the hotel is 30 meters ftom the beach.higly recommanded. Located on the edge of the small fishing town of Marathopoli and easy access to the fantastic coastline. A lot of effort and money has been invested in this hotel and the rooms are furnished to 5 star standard. Fabulous balcony views and a nice pool. The view from the balcony was stunning. The larger rooms had a complete kitchen so it was possible to make a hot drink or have a cold one or even cook a meal if so inclined! Staff very helpful & friendly. Pool was a bonus. Although i visited for business i enjoyed very much my stay in Artina Nuovo.Spacious room , perfect seaview,clean and quiet swimming pool ,excellent service and price! I strongly recommend it!!. The hotel was very good. The enviroment was very friendly and makes me feel comfortable. Aditionaly the view was breath taking. To sum up the staff was serves and i had what ever i want. Very Clean and fantastic modern room which could be rated at a much high star level. And the staff where very friendly and helpful. Will go back there again. beautiful location, excellent staff, clean and comfortable apartment, great base for exploring the stunning Messini coastline and travels in the Peloponnes. New, modern rooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice clean poll and sun beds. Quiet location near the sea. The location was great. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The shower cabin was awful - full of mold. The whole bathroom was smelling moldy. We refused to take a shower there. It's a pity that they ruin such a nice appartment with that bathroom. Internet sometimes slow, but always working. Compared to the other 4 places we have stayed on this trip, the breakfast was a little poor. If they up their game a bit with the food and service, this place could be #1 on this coastline. Also a bit miffed about them wanting 15 euro pp per day to use the spa...which we didn't because of cost. No facilities for drying wet swimming things or towels but this part of the hotel is new and we did let the owner know of this oversight. Wifi didn't work properly, poor breakfast, 3 km to nearest beach. The breakfast.
