We have been impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of staff members. We also got free upgrade of our room to suite which was nice. The location couldn't be better. The view of the Acropolis from the rooms located between the 7th and 9th floor is sublime. For this hotel, it is definitely located in a great area, Syntagma which just a few minutes walk from the metro. The staffs is excellent, services is comprehensive. We stayed here for one night when we arrived very early in the morning
after getting in from Heathrow. The flight arrived at 3.10am and we
didn't get to the hotel until at least 4am. However, on our arrival
the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They let us sleep in past
check out time and in the morning were able to give us useful directions
to the metro. The rooms were clean and modern. We would recommend this
place and definitely go back.
