From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The rooms are spotless and so is the pool area, it is so relaxing. We had a meal in the restaurant one night and could highly recommend it, the food and service were excellent.

Apartments was clean and nice, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Bathrooms are old, but they are clean so we did not mind.
Apartments was cleaned daily and towels were changed two times during one week.

our stay in kos was very good, diamond apartments was one good reason for that. the hotel is located in a peacfull quiet place, 15 minutes walk from the beach, close to bike/scooter rent, local food stores. beautifull pull and relaxing breeze while sitting on the balcony made our pleasent stay. the roud to the beach is full of restorants and small shops.the stuff was very profetional and friendly. everybody knows english very well, at the hotel and all over the island. i would highly recomend

Ange and Toula are the ultimate hosts and made our stay very, very enjoyable. The hotel has great facilities and people are very friendly. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Many of the guests have been returning for years which is a testament to the hospitality and atmosphere that staff provide. I thoroughly recommend this affordable Greek hotel and will certainly return to stay here again when in Kos!

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and has a very well equipped kitchen. It is situated close to the beach - 5 min walk and close to the city centre/port aprox. 10 min walk.
The towels and sheets are being changed every second day. The beds are done and the apartment is cleaned everyday, so you get the comfort of the apartment with hotel

We can’t recommend these well-maintained, family-run apartments more highly. For anyone wanting simple, self-catering accommodation in a perfect spot to access the beach and all Kos Town has to offer, this is the place.

This a great budget place to stay. The location is excellent and facilities are good. Rooms are clean etc. But best of all are the people who run it. This is part of a family home and you are really made to feel welcome and shown great kindness. I would positively recommend Nitsa to anyone. If we are in Kos again, accommodation will be easy to find: just go direct to Nitsa!

I have been to Greece many times and Kos twice, and this is surely an excellent deal. -
Perfect location: not in the middle of the city, not too close to the road, but the beach is good and lies in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartments. There are a lot of trees and blossoms around, and it feels quite private. If you feel lazy, you can use the swimming pool. Nice and helpful owner. Clean. Tavernas, beaches, bike /motor rentals are just 5 minutes away. Kos town is in 15-20 minutes walking distance.
