  This is a lovely hotel in a wonderful location. It is right on the harbour, with uninterrupted views of the boating activity. It's an easy walk from the ferry, and to lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel has recently undergone a very tasteful renovation. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. You can be at the townhall square in 5 minutes by foot. The room was renovated recently, or at least, it seems like that. Very clear and comfortable. Excellent value for money.
