We stayed here for a week in August while we had our wedding in Santorini. We had a ground floor pool view room. Very modern and nicely decorated. There were lovely petals scattered on the bed on our arrival. Our room was cleaned and kept spotless during the whole of our stay. Air con was great. There was plently of choice for breakfast bread, cheese, ham, jams, youghurt, cakes, cereals and boiled eggs. Hotel was only a 5-10minute walk to the beach. Pool area was very spacious compared some.
all reviews » My girlfriend and I spent 9 nights at Areti Hotel in Kamari and it was one of the most enjoyable experiences from the entire vacation. Areti hotel offers excellent value for money but most of all a truly amazing staff, but I don't want to call them staff because that would be reductive to describe Areti and Maria (two of the owners of the hotel we most frequently interacted with), as they felt more like our Greek friends who simply wanted us to enjoy our holiday as much as possible. I would rec. Everything! From the initial welcome to the friendly goodbye. I had an exceptionally relaxing week at the Areti. The family and staff are delightful, helpful, warm and friendly with a real interest in their clients. The hotel is a gem, authentically Greek..with air con! During an unexpected power cut all attempts were made to ease the situation. A beautiful pool, spotless accommodation. I would happily return and can recommend the Areti wholeheartedly. 'Maria Theresa'. The owner was really friendly and helpful. She gave me the right indications to take the most out of my one day an half on the island. The room was simple but clean with air conditioning and a nice terrace with view over the countryside. Didn'try the breakfast so cannot really comment on that. Nice pool with small bar on the main terrace. Few steps from the kamari beach and from the road up to Fira. Overall i'd surely come back if i went again to santorini. Felt we were at home during our stay and Areti family made our stay realy unique and comfortable. Great hospitality and top service which I haven't expierienced in any other hotells. Areti hotel will always be our place in Santorini in our future visits to this beautifull iceland. A really nice hotel a little out of town, which is a plus if you don't want to mingle too much with the packagetour crowds. Staff very helpful with anything you might ask for, especially Maria, the jewel of the hotel. Very flexible regarding change of booking. Areti did not even charge for a cancelled night. Our best recommendations!. The staff in the hotel were amazing and became our friends and family. They couldn't have been more accommodating and gave us incredible advice about where to run on the beautiful island - we shall be returning for Julia's birthday :) lots of love from Julia and Anadi x.
