  We loved this hotel. I was worried a bit that it would be a typicalbusiness hotel (based on pictures from internet) but it has beenrecently renovated and it was great. It is totally beautiful butiquehotel, in a great location to all the bars, clubs, restaurants, busstation (so we could easily reach all locations and we don't like towalk).   Konstantina, the desk manager and jill-of-all-trades was so incredibly helpful, friendly and made it feel like she was there to cater to our every whim. She guided us to restaurants, orchestrated a last-second scooter rental, and gave us specific directions to little hidden gems on Santorini. Amazing sunset and village - The Theoxenia was perfect, a great location and very helpful staff. Each morning a delicious breakfast was brought to our balcony. The staff was extremely accommodating, we had an early flight the last day and they were nice enough to make up a special breakfast tray the night before. They were also helpful in arranging tours and giving ideas of restaurants and things to do while in Santorini.

  The staff, especially the proprietress, were really helpful friendly and thoughtful. They all spoke good English. We immediately felt at home - among friends. Our room was pleasant, airy and had a view of the sea from its balcony. We made good use of the tiny whitewashed traffic free streets (well apart from the occasional motorbike or mule train) that we accessed from the - Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

  A fantastic hotel runs by a fantastic family. We were there for 4 nights with 3 teenagers. The children slept in an apartment-loft while my husband and I were in the windmill: very romantic and lovely. The pool area is wonderful, with nice sunbeds. A little walk to Fira centrum (15 mn) uphills... sweaty in the middle of the day but nice at night.... what people say » With a car or a ATV, it is easy to reach Oia (north) or Perivolos (south). From the pool area, turn around an be charmed by the beautiful view over F - The staff is wonderful and do all they can to accomodate their guests. They arranged for a rental car at a good price. The hotel is quite nice, quiet and very well kept. It has a beautiful pool area. The room was rather large and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast is good and has a good number of choices. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from downtown Fira. The road is not heavily travelled by motorists but is a bit dark so preferable to bring a flashligh

  The view and the swimming pool (unfortunately they close it at 7 pm) - Location was very good, large pool, and bar area were excellent. Good Breakfast was important as I have teenage boys.

  It was located right in the main town center of Fira, Thira which made it accessible to most places of interest on Santorini. - It was close to town and easy to get to. The owner was very nice,and helpful.

  We really had a great time. fira (karterados) is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday especially in june. Thea Studios is well located, close to the center, restaurants, bars, etc. You can easily rent a quad and exploring the island with pleasure.
