Staff very really friendly, we enjoyed our stay here. The room was amazing value for money, large with a balcony and nice modern furnishings. The only thing I would say is breakfast was a little average but for the price we paid we were not upset. our room was recently renovated andwas very beautiful. the hotel was very quiet and 10' minutes walk from center. staff was very friendly and helpful. everything was perfect. if i visited the island again, i will definitely prefer villa gianna!.
all reviews » You can't get better for the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will do everything to make your stay comfortable. It is very safe and within a walking distance from all attractions. Will recommend it and come back in the future. The room was enough big for two persons, the bad was confortable! Every day the room was cleaned, and every second day the towels were changed.The personnel is very kind and helpful. The Center of Fira is just 10 minutes by walk. Well presented accompdation in a quiet location and not too far from Fira centre to walk. Provided a personal transfer to main bus station on check out. Amazing staff that wirked there. Felt like you were part of the family, very helpful people. Location was good close to everything. The hotel was excellent value for money, very clean, staff pleasant and friendly. 10 min walk to Fira. Nice rooms, friendly staff, big pool, and a sea view. Amazing!. Friendly staff. Very affordable. Everything was great - thank you villa Gianna. nothing at all.. A bit far from town center, but that is reflected in the lower price. We were given a room without explanation that it was a more expensive room than we had booked. When we were out one day they got a booking at more money and collected all our possessions up and dumped them in a cheaper room without asking us. I didn't like them just going through our stuff. If they had explained from the outset that this could happen or if they had phoned I would have been happier. Quite far from the main part of town. Would definitely recommend a car or motorbike. Front desk was often closed and staff nowhere to be found.
