The staff was extremely attentive, especially Elena. Also, proximity to town. location, acoomodations. We checked out at 11:30 but did not fly until 1:00 am but the hotel let us use all their facilities including a shower. Wonderful Pool and spacious room. Spacious room and fantastic view from the balcony and the locationof the hotel. very nice location and beatiful layout of the hotel rooms and pools.

Important information to guests

Kindly note that Lotus Spa services and facilities operate from the end of April and access to the indoor pool is only available to guests who have a reservation at the spa centre. Children under 14 years old are not allowed in this area.
