  The staff were very helpful and so friendly. The rooms were clean. Compared to other hotels down in town Hillside is also a much more quite location to stay. Hillside is located about 12-16min walk from town. I am not writing this as a negative as our group was more then happy to save the money we did and just walk. The money you save staying at Hillside vs. a - The staff at the hotel are amazing and they gives a warm and personal service for everyone, and they really took care of us all! From Jumped by car to places needed to build personalized menu meals. Acceptance active 24/7 and when we arrived at 12 at night there were people accept us. The food is good, we took half board-it says breakfast included and the option to choose between lunch or evening. It lay that sometimes we wanted to eat lunch and sometimes at night.   Its an amazing hotel for the price. The owners are a outstanding family that makes you feel at home. The owners of this hotel which are Vasilis, Stamatis, Michalis and their mother are the most wonderful people that go out of their way to make sure the guest is satisfied. The room was spacious, very clean with view over the pool area. I highly re... what people say » comend this hotel and would stay there again. - Good location, shops, tavernas and bars close by, but a quiet off the road position gives peaceful sleep. The beach is 15 minutes at a stroll but the pool is there if you feel lazy, and I felt lazy most of the time. You could not find a better family run hotel, I made some good friends here - nothing is to much trouble. I will certainly return to Family House on my next visit to Faliraki.

Although the we arrived at night 2:00 PM, in airport we were meted by Mike, hotel owner and taken to a hotel.
