I have traveled all over the world, and I can say with confidence that Costa Navarino is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen. The facilities and the level of service are unbelievable. It is a dream vacation place for couples of any age or families! It is an expensive hotel, but it is worth every dollar you spend. We visited the hotel for the 2nd year in a row and we will visit again next year!.

All needs and entertainment was accessible in the resort. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be going again. Superb hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, range and standard of food available excellent. The locale is stunning and the external areas (including the beach) are very well maintained. The Service Express feature is commendable, too. We had the best summer vacation ever.We have travelled a lot around the world , it is the best place to relax and enjoy the beauty & serenity in life .It combines high quality accommodation with the greek spirit of life balance. Wonderful facilities, very kind personnel, tasty food in every restaurant we visited (don't miss the Japanese "Indu"). The resort has a marvelous view from any angle! Every little detail one can notice, is tasteful and classy. the staff at the reception ,couldn'T sort out the problem with the twin beds...we had to sleep to different beds with my wife,and only the have done was saying sorry ,but real offer for that specific uncapability none. The location and the landscape is unbelievable. I would recommend it to everyone especially families. You can do so many activities from golfing, to biking and of course swimming and beach related sports. Nice experience even though I do not suggest it for the off summer time unless you are golfers or extremely connected to nature. The beach, the breakfast and the decoration in some extend. Eating at the nearby village (yalova) is a must. The realisation of the "VISION" of the founder Capt. Vassilis constantakopoulos !!!. the decoration is beautiful/ the shows at night/ the beach the rooms and the view. Facilities, range of sports and activities, program of events, golf course. Magnificent location, excellent architecture and landscaping. Internet at 15 Euros a day (in the room) is a bit pricey, but free wi-fi is available in the lobby-fine for leisure clients, but maybe not for business people. During a conference that took place at the hotel, the breakfast area was quite crowded. This was during May. Some shortage of Earl Grey tea [nice small problem to have - service is outstanding]. On the eco front - where were the kittens from last year? Some information about what they do about stray cats and dogs should be available in their eco centre - we need to know they care and help with a local shelter, as apart from the birds who beg the hotel is a bit too animal-free. Up to 10 min walk to access the beach , Strong Currents not the best place for non experienced swimmers ... very expensive. The mediterranean buffet was very expensive and of very low quality. Due to off season period most of the restaurant were closed and the general atmosphere was a little melancholic. The prices on the restaurants' menu and every single beverage, the additional cost for staying a couple of hours more when checking out, the noise from the pool if trying to relax at noon and the access to the sea. Somebody disable, won't be able to enjoy due to limited alleyways and unable to swim. The price. I would expect to see reasonable price discrimination depending on season, weekdays, weekends and other factors such as "LAST minute BOOKING" special offers, subject to availability of rooms. very expensive prices for the restaurants. Breakfast too crowded, slow service, restaurants too expensive, beach not at service standards that should be with uncomfortable sunbeds, only 2 bathrooms and slow service, lots of stairs and not enough slides for strollers. Kid's club had no air-con which I find ridiculous. Service at Italian restaurant was poor. We had to ask for a menu 3 times. And breakfast was disorganised and chaotic. expensive under normal conditions. Service. Prices. Price at the resort's restaurants and shops. allmost all restaurant without seeview... Swiming pools without enough deep. Italian restaurant menu/prices. Very poor service... There were glimmers of hope from descent staff but unfortunately only the exception to the rule. Hotel management have some work to do to improve services and organization at all levels from reception and breakfast to the beach entrance. Not a luxury hotel yet, certainly not value for money…. Charging as an exclusive hotel but its not.
