  The staff was extremely nice. They booked a taxi to the airport for us for a very good price and they recommended us good restaurants and places to visit. The location of the hotel is also perfect, close to the city center but far away from the noise.   As I could not find any comprehensive review on this hotel here is mine. Me and my wife (in our early 30ties) stayed in the hotel recently for 8 nights. The hotel is family run by two very friendly and welcoming brothers who sometimes joined by their father who is also very welcoming. All speak good English with elder brother Antonis being (in my ... what people say » understanding) manager of the hotel and speaking better English than his brother and father. Location is very convenient. Although in the residential - Relaxing rooftop terrace as there was not a swimming pool due to central location. Close proximity (2 minutes walk) to local harbour and sandy beach, great location and better value meals & drinks to old town. However the old town is only 5 minutes walk and a charming place.

We were taking the flight back home from Chania the next day. I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and it had a pool. The room was nice – we hade a trippleroom because the only had that available. We are four people – 2 adults - Close to City Center of Chania where you have plenty of restaurants and animation; very nice little hotel with large room in a very beautifull and green area with a hudge swimming pool. Perfect to go to the best beaches in west Creta but you will need to rent a car to give full potential to your holidays ! Staff is really super and trying to help you always !
