Casa dell Aristea is a newly renovated and refurbished old (15th century?) manor located on the outskirts of Rethymno, in the suburb of Atsipopoulo. As some other reviewer claimed, this hotel is "a hidden gem". It becomes less hidden though if you watch for the main supermarket in Atsipopoulo and on the corner just 10 meters further on your right, you will find a sign directing you to it. Its seven rooms of different sizes (standard, superior, maisonette, suite), have been recently furnished.
