Location is good and the hotel staff is excellent - very helpful, friendly, accomodating, and courteous - very very professional indeed. Bill, Dina, George, and George are some of the best we have come across on this very extended trip of Europe. Due to change in our travel plans we only stayed for 2 nights for this booking but the staff gladly accomodated our request. Location close to center city. The room was extremely nice and comfortable, with a balcony, a jacuzzi bath and lots of space. Hotel staff were most friendly, and helpful with any kind of problem from tourist info to logistics. Fast, reasonably priced room service, great parking facilities and wireless internet. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!.

Very new and clean.Free undegraund private parking for hotel guests and visitors(which is very rare for Athens).The hotel staff is always smiling-not because they must to do it or they were train for that,but because they really like you.Security on very high level. The hotel was everything that other guests had said it would be - this should have a 4 star classification.Very clean, good value, freindly staff and the parking is a big plus point in a city such as Athens. The hotels location was very quite and though the road rather scuffy we felt safe enough walking back from Victoria Sq. Staff at the front desk were helpful and the hotels own street map the best available.WIFI Internet Service. As a British traveller we would have preferred a cooked breakfast and possibly paid a little extra if required.a shower curtain maybe. Area. Central (very near to the center of Athens) but in a not so good area (like all the center of Athens though!). That breakfast was not included.
