We stayed in this hotel twice this year. It has a good location, 5 min away from metro station, bus stop just few meters away. There are lots of places to eat / have a drink nearby, from cheap to rather expensive. Staff is friendly and helpful, no problems in communication at all, everyone speak English really well. Room as described, clean, no smells or anything. Airconditioning works perfectly. Soundproof windows.
all reviews » This hotel is situated a metro stop away from the centre of Athens (5 mins walk to metro). The front desk staff were really friendy and helpful and there was free secure parking. The route in from the airport was fairly easy using our satnav. The rooms are a little tired, but the two room suite we had was excellent for a family with young children as the outside door could be closed at night. Breakfast was fine. This has a good location and is within a couple of blocks to the metro station. The breakfast was well presented and plentiful. Near a Goody's restaurant and Starbucks. Room was spacious. The hotel is located in a great location, it is just one stop away from Syntagma Square.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The hotel is clean and breakfast was very good and plentiful. The location is excellent, close to the metro, many restaurants (liked Agora). Wifi in the room is also a plus for business travellers. I liked my stay very much. The Staff was very friendly and helping and rooms were clean and comfortable. It had an excellent location. Location was good, very easy access to the metro. The breakfast selection is not excellent, but it is nice that this in any case included in the price (at least for me). Breakfast was ordinary. Repainting of walls should be considered. More lights in the corridors. The hotel is far from city center and you need to go by bus or walk about 45 minutes. Nothing. Bed was not as comfortable as the beds in some of the other hotels I have stayed at. The smoke in our 1st room from the people next door,but they moved us because our daughter is asthmatic. The tv set didn't work (we just wanted to flip through the channel, we didn't miss it that much), and neither did the alarm clock. Old hotel, mediocre facilities. Bad acoustics, you can hear anything from neighbour room and hallway, every water flush from your neighbours toilete. Breakfast was a bit run of the mill. Staff were a bit aloof, but not impolite. Old facilities, limited breakfast menu, small rooms. Some face-lifting would be useful, breakfast could be better for the money. I had to change rooms because the electric power did not function correctly. overpriced for the hotels quality. You can find nearby hotels, better and cheaper. Have it as alternative in case they are booked. I was disappointed that the hotel withdrew the payment from my credit card in the moment of booking, even though letsbookhotel.com assured me that I will pay on arrival. That was difficult to accept. Oh yes, I was wakened in the middle of the night by the guy at the reception to tell me about an error on my part and that I have to make it right the next day. Old tired fittings and fixtures definitely the bottom end of the market hotel smelt tired. For a 4 star hotel mini bar was empty. No refreshments -cofees provided during the day. Althogh i payed the highest rate (65 euros per day) i was booked in a room without view. People who booked by themselves paid less (50-55 per day) according to the recepionist desire. Next time when visiting such hotels i will deal the price by myself. It seems that some hotels in Greece have their own rules. I could say that the staff was quite rude with me on the check in.The room was small, no space at all and also the bathroom need renovation.Broken tails.
