We were fully satisfied by this hotel last year and this time as well. And we will choose it again next time. We were accommodated in the suite room, it is very comfortable for the family, especially with kids. The baby cot was ready upon our arrival. The kitchen is good, the rooms are pretty big. It was clean. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. This is the second time we are staying here. We were given a 4 bed room when asked for double like last time which doesnt bother us we like extra space. This time we got up in time for the breakfast which was very good! The location is great right in the shopping center,very quiet as well!.
all reviews » The room we got was very large but affordable, with both a bedroom and a living room, along with a balcony. It felt comfortable and luxurious. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. It is close to Alexandroupolis's main drag,restaurants, and ferry terminal. The location of the hotel is great, it is very close to the beach and the main street, shops, cafes, etc. The rooms are very clean, there is even a small kitchen in the room. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Price/benefit balance is great. Very good and spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. The rooms also have a small kitchen and some kitchenware, so it is even possible for someone to prepare something easy. Also, unlike many hotels, the room TV was big and modern. The apartments are big, nicely decorated and clean. The staff was very friendly -actually the young man form the reception (unfortunatelly I don't know his name) moved away his bike and offered us his parking place. Good position, close to the city center and to the seaside. Breakfast is OK. Very nice, friendly and helpful personel. Spacious apartment, kitchenette, big terrace. The cleanliness of the bath which needs a bit renovation and generally more thorough cleaning would be needed, one of the tvs didnt work and i had to fix the other ones channels that were out of tune because of the recent storms. The breakfast is a little weak and not very delicious. There is not enough variety of food. But, compared to its price, it is ok. Around the bathtub there were some black spots that looked like mold spores. They probably are not mold, but it would give a better impression if they were not there. Air conditioning device only in the bedroom; in living is just a fan. Despite the fact that the apartment is presented to be for 4 person, there are a small double and a single bed in the bedroom and they put a suplementary bed in the living that was very noisy and inconfortable. weak breakfast. At the shower time ( Morning 8 o'clock ) you must wait more than 7 minute for hot water :(. It will need a coat of paint in the near future. Breakfast. Nothing remarkable. Maybe a better breakfast. A/C wasn't officially on for the year yet so we were hot the first night, but the second night the let us turn it on anyway and it was perfect then. The bath was not very clean.
