We really had a great time. fira (karterados) is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday especially in june. Thea Studios is well located, close to the center, restaurants, bars, etc. You can easily rent a quad and exploring the island with pleasure. Big thanks to kostas and dimitris who is very easygoing and helpful.

Akrolithos is amazing. It has a nice swimming pool with stunning view to the caldera. Our room -and I think all rooms- had the same view. It is not luxurious, but was refurbished this year and very clean. The breakfast is served by the pool, normally until 11 o'clock, but they were happy to serve it even at 13.00, when we were waking up! Great staff, Friendly, attentive and warm. Incomparable view, one of the only places you can see both sides of island from. Pool area is amazing and secluded. Even better sunsets than in Oia. Good music, chilled out atmosphere. Good breakfast. A lot of things that make up for small imperfections that the staff is aware of (relatively new management in existing hotel)
