Sauerland is a three hour drive from Netherlands to get in a rural, hilly area with historic towns and villages.The holiday house is located in the village of Schwalefeld in Aardal near Willingen. This village of about 850 inhabitants is of all basic amenities as restaurant, convenience store, cash dispenser and fun squares.
From the House you have a magnificent view of Schwalefeld and the surrounding mountains. There is direct access to hiking trails and ski slopes are within walking distance.The closest ski slope is only 400 meters from the House. In Willingen (3.5 km from the House) is a total of over 15 km of ski slopes in the colors red and blue available. A part of these slopes is illuminated. This Lake, 15 km away of the House offers a solution for people who want to hiking, sailing, surfing, fishing or diving. Can also be canoed on the Lake and is there a wild water route with Rapids. The House is suitable for 2 to 12 people. Upon arrival the beds are made.
On the ground floor there is the living room with large screen TV, CD and DVD player, kitchenette with washing machine, a bathroom and a playroom for your children. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms (3 x 2 persons), a second bathroom, the kitchen and a dining room with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, present a coffee maker, microwave, oven and dishwasher. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms (2 x 1 person and 2 x 2 persons) most of the rooms have a wash basin with hot and cold water. The entire House has central heating and internet access.
