The location. Right at the mail rail station. Five minute walk downtown. Friendly and helpful staff made early check-in possible. The staff were excellent and helped me with many aspects of my stay.Excellent location, simple but stylish hotel, clean..perfect !!. Perfect location and professional staff. I was fully satisfied. However the hotel is situated next to the mainrailway station, on the crossroads, there wasn´t any noise in the room(on the seventh floor) It´s not far on foot to the centre. Bigparkspace.

No phone in the room.Breakfast area rather small for number of guests when hotel fully booked. that there was not one phone for customers on the premises. and that the doors did not have peep holes.no telephone, no light blocking drapes. No phone in room. No shower door.the room did not have a telephone, nor tea and coffee making facilities, nor a cake of soap, just a general liquid for use on face, body and hair. Parking is quite expensive, considering that the hotel is more or lessdoing nothing for this service.The room was real small. the internet was slow and did not connect all the time and the price for the internet was not worth it. not easy to find anywhere to eat in the evening is short walking distance. Very busy road - i would not like it if i was on my own. The staff was sometimes really not proffessional and made the impression like they can not handle the reservation from letsbookhotel.com. We had almost every day a new problem. The breakfast was simple and the place for so many guests was to small. There are no shampoo or conditioning in the room.
