Good food, large rooms, modern bathroom, good shower. Availibillity of a restaurant. The receptionist was very nice and gave me a good walking route to see all the major sights of Trier. Nice Greek restaurant with a rooftop patio that was hot to a very pleasant sunset.

Nearby the city center. location, tidyness, view from the room looking to the river, size of other rooms, breakfast, parking. The Greek restaurant in the hotel is incredible. Good prices and great food.1. Kind and friendly staff at the reception. 2. Spacious room. 3. Good location. We could see the Römerbrücke and the Mosel in the room. 4. Bus stop is very near and it's very easy to go to Porta Nigro, Hbf or other places in city center by bus.Only ten minutes walking to center of town. Good parking lot.Quiet place. Good location in relation to the old town. location, price. Some reception staff had no English at all and if I'd spoken no German(as I guess many guests might) then understanding information (eg re carparking) would have been difficult. Even though this hotel is right on the Mosul river, it is not in the best part of town. traffic and sirens were prevalent through the night which made opening the windows unteneble. Unfortunately my room was hot and I did not sleep well. Bring a towel or pillow because the pillows o not provide much support.Traffic noise in the morning. river side room is noisy when windows are open. When you check in, they ask if you want tokens for breakfast. They do not tell you that you pay for this when you check out. The breakfast was not very good and if we had known it wasn't included, we would not have eaten there the second morning.1. No refrigerator. 2. The window curtain cannot be closed easily. 3. A person (should be the cleaner) opened the door suddenly and then re-locked it immediately without saying a word, when we were still sleeping in the morning.Dirty toilet. The noice level from the traffic.
