The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay,driving me to the hospital where I was working and to the train stationfor my departure, and even helping to purchase my train ticket and loadmy bags onto the train. It was very refreshing to see excellent customerservice in this day and age! Internet service was complimentary too. -

Highly recommended!! A gorgeous guesthouse where all you hear is the close running stream and the birds. We stayed in a large clean and comfortable room. continental breakfast. I have slept very well in the bed, the room was
very clean. For what concerns the availability of the rooms, a strong
advice from the staff: give a phone call to them also when the Gästehaus
Sparenberg appears fully booked. Excellent value for money!!!
