Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room and good facilities - a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel was a pleasant place to spend time. Design of hotel, size of rooms, good breakfast bufffet.friendly staff, great location, bike hire. At times the staff seemed very busy and I felt a little overlooked. The hotel was further from town than I expected - not its fault, but perhaps lack of clarity in information.
