  Everything. I've finally found the ultimate hotel in that region. That was the second time I stayed in the hotel and (if it's not full) I will stay there again.   My wife and I stayed in the Hotel- Gästehaus Maria Theresia for 3 nights and we'll definitely return. This is a family owned hotel - the Schutz's who are the most welcoming people that gave us many useful tips, There are many hiking trails of all levels and you can start your hiking from the hotel. The breakfast is amazing and the place is kept c... what people say » lean and neat. We are already missing it - Family Schultz are warm, accommodating people. The hotel is an older building, but has updated bathrooms and warm, comfortable rooms, most with balconies. The decor is old Bavarian and very interesting to peruse. Breakfast was luxurious and varied. The hotel is not close to Lake Schliersee, but is a short drive away.

  Wonderful place to stay & relax for several days. You can take nearby train into Munich. In our 3 months of travel in Europe this was the best B&B/Guesthouse we stayed in. The facilities were new & superb - more beautiful than the pictures on website.
