Everything was great about our stay, including meeting the owner Marco. I'd suggest you have a bit of information available about the lift system behind the hotel, how to access, times, etc. It looked like it would/could have been very fun, however, we really couldn't identify when it was running... The view! Right over the Rhine. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and even let us leave our car in their lot after we checked out for several hours.
