The hotel was beautiful and very historic. The location was great, right on the corner of the marktplatz and was a great central location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great..we actually ate dinner there both of our two nights! It was perfect and we will definitely stay there again as Rothenburg

My friend and I ate at supper and it was the best pork I have had in the 4 weeks being here. The breakfast served great choices. Wonderful family owned/run Gasthof. This Inn was recommended by another famous travel guide and it did not disappoint. It is on an out of the way narrow street and it looks like the nearly 600 year old building it is. Inside, taking in the decor is like drinking from a firehose, it is overwhelmingly beautiful, charming, cute, ....you name the adjective.

The hotel was ideally placed, very close to the Christmas market and not too difficult to find. The room was spacious, very clean and warm with the added bonus of free Wifi. We ate in the small , atmospheric restaurant and had a great meal with lovely wine and good German beer! Breakfast was very good and I would definately stay here again. If you are visiting the Christmas Market, please bear in mind that all the stalls close by 9pm so do your shopping first and then find somewhere to eat or

We stayed in the 4 person apartment. It was a little outdated, but reasonable. It was very clean and ready to go once we arrived. Exceptional staff with extraordinary service and kindness. Got sick on my vacation and the owners made sure I got help and arranged for me to see a doctor at short notice. Hotel is perfectly located at the heart of the city, very good food and breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

I called in advance to say that we were late and they waited for us until 11 p.m., very much appreciated!
