The staff was friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean, attractive and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant was considerably more elegant than we expected. The food was very good as was the wine. Super friendly lady running the place, good food, excellent location in the Mosel. Water pressure in the shower was poor and the temperature fluctuated to uncomfortable extremes. We hated the pillows. It was our (party of 4) perception that the waiter at dinner was not very attentive until we ordered a nice bottle of wine some minutes after we had ordered our food. Maybe he was just especially busy at that particular time?.
