  The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. - The hotel is 2 blocks from a metro station and surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. They also made special arrangements so that we could check in really late. The room was very spacious compared to other hotel rooms we have stayed in in Europe.   we whole family liked a lot. only minus was traffic sounds, but it's not hotels fault and berlin is berlin. it's was very easy to go berlin centrum by bus. - The staff at reception was very good.I got better room than what i had booked.I really enjoyed my stay here.Very good location.Value for money.
