This place was great! Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, secure parking, excellent breakfast. The bottled water, fruit, and candy in the room was a nice touch. - The spacious room with spacious bathroom, the marvelous breakfast, perfect English by the manager and staff, warm welcome in the deep night, parking place free of charge.

Service is quite good. Reception is very kind. They will open the parking garage door for you in weekend and wait in front of there untill you out.

Staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was great. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was very nice. We got to Kiel late at night and it was great being able to walk across the road to the Hotel and then the next day we walked down to catch our ferry to Norway - great location.
