The other two gentlemen where just as efficient, friendly and helpful in any manner they could be. We were very happy with the accommodations and the staff. - Everything was superb. What a great hotel. This hotel is superb in every way. The hotel lobby is big bright and modern and sets the tone for ones stay . The location is very good in the newly refurbished part of Dresden old town. The room was a delight, large high ceilings, modern contemporary design and a funky bathroom. The dining area was large, well designed and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there again if I return to Dresden. Staff were very professional.
