  Staffs are very friendly and helpful, it's not really close to center but it's really convenient to take the tram. We love the loction is because it's close to our client's company and it's a side street but this street must be one of the most beautiful side street in Dusseldorf! The room is big and really cozy, you can see it has an ancient luxur... what people say » y maison style but newly renovated. Breakfast has various choices and coffee are good. We love a lot when we stayed in this hotel. Next time we will - I am a big fan of family run properties due to the personalised level of service. This was no exception, with wonderful staff who spared no resource making me feel welcome. The villa is decorated so tastefully with antiques everywhere, and the Christmas decorations were the best! I highly recommend during a visit around Christmas for an authentic German experience. Breakfast is delicious and very high quality. Secure property that also takes pride in conserving energy. Lovely!

  Flexible use of sauna service. Setting is comfortable like a resort. Breakfast selection too wide, can try all if only food portions are smaller. Actually, there are wide selection of entertainment and restaurants in the neighburhood, plus supermarket, very well located. Wish we checked in earlier to explore Dusseldorf. - The breakfast is excellent... what people say » with variety food and fruits. The service of breakfast is also perfect. Meanwhile, parking in the garage is relatively cheaper. We enjoyed the 2-night stay in this hotel. Fabulous！

  This was a great hotel in a wonderful location. All my colleagues who stayed at more expensive 'chain' hotels were jealous. - nice clean hotel, great food, nice dining area, comfortable room, within walking area of the city centre.
