  Superbly efficient, rapid and courteous check in despite many guests ariving at same time. Many De Luxe hotels could learn from Mercure's staff and their work systems. Room (junior suite) was impeccable, plain but perfect for price, great large bathroom and extremely pleasant. Room service quick and efficient.
