Everything's fine with this hotel - thoroughly recommended. We had a nice big room and the hotel's in a quite location. Free bicycle loan is very handy for this city. A lovely hotel in a quiet location in the Harz mountains. Easy access to great road cycling area. The hotel and the spa were lovely. Attention to detail with no expense spared.
