  A nice touch in the heat of the summer was that none alcoholic drinks were provided free of charge in the mini-bar. - Staff was very helpfull and the hotel was a grand old world castle !!!! Very good value for the price.

All the staff are friendly and helpful especially the head waiter who accommodated us for dinner despite us not having a reservation, The room and public areas are furnished with real taste and style.   Very comfortable and clean. We also had a lounge, of sorts, which came in handy as we took our dog with us and it was good to leave her there at night so she didn't wake us. There was also a balcony, which would have been useful had the weather been better. All together a very nice hotel, with really friendly people.
