  Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation.   Very quiet + ample room space + helpful staff + terrific breakfast bar + access to rail connections (even though we didn't use them) I would recommend the hotel for sure, but definitely NOT the airport. Who designed this place? No facilities beyond security, and when the plane is late there was nothing to eat or drink. This is an entirely utilitarian airport, with little range for eating, miles to walk and needs a complete - Location location location! Great location with train and plane access. Very modern design, rooms well appointed, comfy beds, clean, friendly, and good food. We overnighted in order to catch a flight, but spent the day in the city after checking in. Can't believe how quiet it is, we watched jumbo jets approaching for landing right outside the windows and couldn't hear them! If we hadn't seen them we would not have known they were there. Amazing.

  I have stayed here before and loved how close it was to the airport and the staff have always been very warm to welcome you to the hotel and assist with anything you may need. The shuttle service runs 24hrs and makes it nice for getting to the airport on time.
