  First of all, the airport shuttle to and from the airport was right on time; driver provided good info and had excellent personality. The friendly desk staff provided good service. We arrived hungry at mid-afternoon and menu provided an excellent selection...food was very good. Room was spotless with wi-fi availability; good beds provided excel... what people say » lent sleep...never heard a sound from the hallway or neighbors...providing an excellent night sleep. Wake-up call was right on time and we had time f - This is my second stay here en route and it's s great value transit hotel. One hour from stepping off the plane to resting in my hotel room (bus shuttle is only 20 mins from FRA). This time a found a quiet pathway through green spaces to the river which was so nice after a long flight. Handy to have a supermarket across the street too. Clean comfortable quiet and convenient - would stay here again while in transit.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful (though for some, their ability to speak/understand English appeared somewhat limited). The room (double) was spacious and very clean. Windows opened nicely to let in the breeze and the curtains kept the light out at night.
