I was not able to catch the shuttle to airport and had to take taxi due to exhibition period.   The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German! We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent. We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.. Great to sit out here and have a beer. - I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

  Nice size room with comfortable beds. Very clean hotel with quick check in. Front desk clerk assisted me by calling a local business to notify them I would be late for my appointment. Very helpful! Dinner was very good, but a little pricey. Breakfast buffet was included in our stay and offered a wide variety of food. (Only place I stayed that ... what people say » had bacon.) It was very good, probably the best breakfast of our 10 day stay in Germany. - Very convenient for the U Bahn; much closer to Marienplatz station than some reviews suggest. Rooms are bright, exceptionally clean. No wardrobe but plenty of space to hang clothes. Excellent bathroom with powerful shower. Our room was at the rear with no noise, although I doubt this would have been an issue in what seems a particularly pleasant neighbourhood. Not a cheap option but I was very satisfied

  The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were all made to feel comfortable and welcome. The Castle was an amazing highlight. - Friendly and professional staff. Good food, good equipment in the rooms. Don't forget the great view!
