very friendly, we really liked the personal touch an hospitallity. we really felt at home. clean rooms, clean toilet and bath room, even humidity towls present in the batheroom/toilet. even with kids its very nice and also very privat. - convenience of closeness to Europa park, great shower, lovely staff, nice breakfast.

We had a great experience! Went with 3 friends (40+) for the Christmas market. Had large comfortable rooms, very clean, directly overlooked the market, the mountain, had a slight river view as well as castle view in our top floor corner room. Easy walk from parking garage, but use P12 not P13 as we did for the hotel discount! Even so, 16 euro for 2

The hotel location in the old town is perfect with views to both the main square (directly below) and to the castle (worth a visit). The owners were great and the breakfast provided was superb. All in all we loved it and recommend it highly. If you like modern you'll love the style that this hotel conveys.
