  The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. The buffet dinner was fantastic. It is owned by a married couple who are both very accommodating. It is within walking distance or a two minute drive to EuropaPark.   Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were above expectations. Location was ideal: far enough from the main road and close to the ski-facilities. There is a walking trail that leads from the hotel to other trails in the area, and our room included a beautiful balcony that overlooked the lake a few kilometers away.
