What people say

Clean rooms. Extremely unfriendly service, tried to overcharge us for everything. Complaining all the time about ridiculous things e.g. where we were allowed to sit in an empty restaurant. Charges 5EUR for wifi but there's 300 MB limit. The staff is so unfriendly it is amazing they are still in business. The worst and most unfriendly service I have experienced anywhere so far.
