  Excellent staff who went out of their way to look after you. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. We also enjoyed the location next to the Euro Centre with loads of restuarants and snack bars.   This hotel had inter-connecting room door, 1 room for the the kids and 1 room for the adults - this is not always avaliable in German hotels. Good hotel parking and staff were very helpful and spoke very good english. - The layout and space available in the family room was excellent. The bathroom and shower were extremely clean.
