Friendly and helpful staff, great shower, comfortable beds. Easy walking to lake, museums, dining and train station. We came to see the Munterhaus. You should add "cultural attractions" to your list of trip's purpose. Good facilities although no lift (hotel is only 2 floors so getting a room on the entry floor should be possible with enough advanced notice). Pleasant staff. Nice room. Good breakfast.
