  At all points the staff members were courteous, cheerful and helpful. The room was ideal for our needs. When we thought we had lost an item, the staff took extra care to look for it and keep us informed (we found it later packed in a different case).   Good hotel for the price. It was a 10 minute walk from the Main Rome Train Terminal. We were a 5 minute walk from the Coluseum and not more than a 10 to 15 minute walk to all other major sites.   The facilities were excellent - on a par with much more expensive and larger establishments. The service was so friendly it was like staying in a much smaller, famly run hotel - 10 out of 10. - The staff were extremely helpful, with excellent English language skills.   Awesome location. Clean. 5 minute walk to train station. We bought a 3 day rail pass for 21 euro good for 5 adults. 2 kids count as 1 adult!! Was right next to McDonalds. Complementary cofee bar from 1100 to 0100. Underground secure parking was added benefit and reasonably priced. - comfort, free coffee in the lobi
