The interior design of the room - very calming and european. The sauna and pool were also very enjoyable. excellent design and decoration. The rooms were quite big with a couch. Hotel has an efficient, business sense to it. I enjoyed the quietness, as it is not close to the center at all. The subway station 'Therese-Gielse....' was the closest, but it is difficult to find the hotel from this station. For the first time, go to the Neuperlach Sud station and from the hotel, ask directions to the Therese station.

The staff was very friendly and accomidating.The food in the hotel was wonderful and it was very close to the subway. price+distance, average, not bad. The hotel is in a quiet dead-end road in the suburbs, 5 minute walk from a U- and S-bahn station. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. If you arrive by car, there is no need to park in the hotel garage. You can easily park on the road in front of the hotel, without the risk of a fine. The center of Munich is only 10 min away by metro. We payed 60 euros/night, which was an excellent deal. The staff in the resturant were very helpful and even got me a power lead for the laptop to borrow over breakfast so that I could read my e-mails om. The staff were excellent and very welcoming, the room was comfortable and well laid out. Overall very impressed. Good service with reasonable access to Munich sights. No , too far from city center. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, very near to the train and bus station. everything other than the staff. Very friendly staff. Price. Very helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of taxis too.It was handy to the U to get into city. Quiet, Parking in the hotel for our car. It was easy to find and in close proximty to sites/mass transportation. Around 5 minutes walk to the train station. Well priced. quite and peace. It would have been nice to have a hot water jug for herbal teas or coffee. Bed was very hard, just like others have reviewed it. Pillows were thinner than 5 cm. These really have to be improved. Softer mattresses, firmer pillows please.When I signed in, I found out that they have been having problems with online booking and they had given my room away. Also, they did not know what a VAT form was, even though on the site it stated the the rooms had VAT included in the prices. Also the elevator sucked. The breakfast was expensive (17 euros) and probably not worth the money. We asked the reception to make some arrangements by phone for us in two occasions, but they screwed up in both!. The heating system in the rooms are very bad the room was very cold and if you do not want to live in a fridge only go there in summer. The night manager could not be bothered to look for a lead for my lap top. If you could have more english speaking TV channels in the room that would be great. unfortunatley, my german is not very good!. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast but it is a bit expensive if you are not hungry first thing. No A C in the hotel. The room was not sound isolated. the staff was unfriendly. Location. Far from center. room too small. It would be nice if breakfast were included for the price.Limited choice of proposed dishes for meal. bit cramped. Parking is 12 Euro per day. Location is a bit far from City Centre. Pool water was a bit too cold even on a warm day (26 degree). Too far from city centre but very easy links to get there.There was quite a lot of noise outside (with the window open) as the hotel is on a busy main road. I did notice that the carpet under bedside tables was very dusty. I would have liked Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. Room was very hot, needed air con. When we arrived the 4th bed was not in the room. They put 4 of us (children are 9 and 11yrs old) into a very small 2 person suite. On the first morning one of the staff, barged in without knocking. This gave us a very unsafe feeling about the hotel. Some staff not forthcoming of tourist information. 1 male staff member was very helpful.It had a cold feel to it based on the rooms, decor, feeling. It seemed more like a dormitory than a hotel - at least the rooms. The reception area/resturant looked good, but I did not utilize. We were put into the wrong room on the first night which was rectified quickly. On the second night my wife found a blood stain on the new sheets that were put on the bed. A staff member exchanged it promptly. Around 15 minutes by train into the city centre. Terrible staff. the service was very bad.

Travelling information

Arrival by car on the A9 motorway from Nürnberg or the A8 motorway from Stuttgart:
- Exit onto the A99 motorway towards Salzburg.
- Before crossing München-Süd exit for Ottobrunn, then head towards München-Perlach (for approximately 5 km).
- Approximately 200 metres after the Neuperlach Süd S and U-Bahn station you will see the hotel on the left-hand side (opposite Siemens).

Arrival on the U or S-Bahn from the Ostbahnhof:
Take the U5 or S6 to Neuperlach Süd. Exit for Carl-Wery-Strasse West; turn left and go along the street for 200 metres and you will see the hotel on your left-hand side.
