the buffet breakfast had a wide assortment, the staff was very nice, the room was clean and roomy for a quad - we wished we stayed longer! Excellent location!!!! Laundromat was also close by. Charming European flair. Delicious breakfast! Great location, at Viktualienmarkt and less than 5 mins. from Marienplatz with it's sites and S/U Bahn station and many bus lines, approx 10 min. ride to main train station. Staff polite and helpful. We only stayed one night as we were flying out of Munich. The hotel was a good location to the city center. Loved the down comforters. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with questions. Position (proximity to Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz and most important places in Munich center) - Breakfast - Rooms - Bathrooms. excellent location, nice breakfast selection. Friendly staff, breakfast. central location near by xmas shoping area. Friendly and nice staff.It was within easy reach of the shops, bars, restaurants, markets and the underground. Its location was superb. It was close to the market and the center of town. Walking to the sites was easy.Proximity to city centre and S-Bahn/U-Bahn stops. very good. Location in the center of Munich. No lift, and only a charming but narrow, twisted staircase. Luckily our room was just up one flight. Something to consider if you're a heavy packer or on a long trip. High step into shower, and shower had a narrow opening, okay for us but may be a consideration for handicapped or elderly, and maybe all baths are not like ours.The blow dryer blew hot hair but with very little force. Took 30 minutes to dry my short hair. Not a big deal as we found everything else quite comfortable. Bedroom was very basic-a little bit spartan.no elevator and we were traveling with elderly family members. We assisted with carrying luggage up steps. Bathroom. Stairs.
