the staff were so friendly and lovely and helpful and really amazing , the room was so adorable and wonderful , the food was good , the room was comfortable and quiet although the hotel looks fine from the outside but the inside is completely gorgeous and amazing .. for our honey moon the staff gave us a complementary for the hotel which was so romantic and lovely and for a good price we got a room upgrade with free wifi and we have a good price for the parking i really recommend it and i will .
all reviews » - Very clean, very nicely decorated. No unpleasant odors, like so many other hotels have. - Big LCD TV with decent selection of channels -- unfortunately mostly German. - Friendly and accommodating staff had our room prepared with a baby bed and any request we had was handled quickly and efficiently. - Very close to the U-bahn. - As long as you accept the fact you will eat breakfast at a nice bakery on the corner of the building and not use their internet, it's a wonderful hotel to stay at. everything is very excellent: 1. the room has a new modern furniture. 2. very quite to sleep. 3. very clean. 4. very good service. 5. very nice decoration of reception lobby Corridor and the rooms. 6. very nice staff. 7. very secured parking. 8. very good location. special thanks and best regard to the owner of Pullman hotel and the manager and the staff . rooms are large & comfortable with balconies,easy car parking outside.Easy excess to airport and city which exactly fits my needs.nearby grocery store. The staff were super and the hotel was very clean. The area is so quite and it is easy to go to the city centre by the metro which its station is two minutes walk from the hotel. A super market and a coffee shop is in a walking distance from the hotel. It will be my choice if I visit Munich again. The hotel is conveniently located next to the metro station. The OlympiaPark and BMW World are very close to the hotel. The room was very spacious and modern. Don't be fooled by the hotel's exterior, the rooms are modern and chic. The staff are very kind and helpful. Hotel very clean, good location to explore munich by train and helpfull staff. Airport shuttle next to the hotel, so no need to pay 60Euros for taxi. No resturants nearby but you can reach very good resturants in 3 stops by train. Breakfast is a bit more expensive than other hotels in Munich. But these were not major issues. Wifi is charged. Most add more English language channels. We have to go home because our vacation ended. The cleaner entered the room with out knocking and checking if anyone inside. Parking wasn't free . Expensive "addons", such as breakfast and wifi. What else didn't I like? Going home :). Breakfast was expensive, also only powdered milk in room. The room rate should include wifi network. Initially we thought that it was a bit far out of the city centre but there is a U Bahn very close and it is only actually 10 minutes from the city. We felt breakfast and wifi were a bit too dear but found eating places nearby. No free Wi-Fi. Housekeeping could do a better job -- missed replacing used glasses and replacing empty tissue box. The gym is no where as big as it looks in the pictures and one of the members of staff was a bit rude. No free Wi Fi, even at the public areas. should have an easier to acces wifi without all those steps No minibar?. The loby bar is to small and a litle bit cold... The first evening we have been waiting almost one hour at the hotel restaurant. Nevertheless the food was excellent when we finally got served. The extra charges on top of a high room rate and parking. Breakfast was good, but not worth 25 euros. Very few facilities nearby. Location is not that good Internet is not free No direct elevator to our floor (5th floor). nothing. not many english tv channels, location could be better,. rediculous price for internet. long walk to get to room. no english speaking tv channels. services are expensive (parking tax, breakfast, etc.). The excessive charge fro wi-fi access. €17,50 per day. How terrible to have to pay this ina hotel of this standard. I can get it free at Starbucks!!! Come on it's 2013.!!. They have no Porter so you will carry your luggage. Only complaint would be lack of coffee making facilities in room. Exterior Should be 1 king bed instead of 2 individual. Nothing. Have not free Wi-Fi. Noise AC vent fan. - The housekeeper was so lazy, and he or she did not clean at all .. he or she just went to the room and change the towels in the bathroom, and that was it for them - The reception was helpful but a bit slow. - The breakfast was good but expensive (24 €). Spa was dissapointing, not all facilities were working, Wi-Fi not free and a nightmare to connect to.
