terrrific access from main train station; bright room; wonderful breakfast; for the next trip to Munich I will book at the 1st Creatif Hotel Elephant again -no need to look for another accommodation! delightful and helpful staff; excellent value. great hotel, free internet, great location in the center,but quiet,very clean,great service, great breakfast,would stay there again. really close to the railway station and center. nice colour in the room. big room for that price.

Room was very comfortable and clean.But Wireless Internet connection is a bit difficult.Maurizio is my front desk hero! He saved my life when my flight waschanged 3 times, and then I lost my luggage... He managed to keep upwith all the changes, and made my stay even better. This hotel islocated on a quiet street walking distance from everything, and theprice is perfect!. Es war ein sehr sauber und ordentlich geführtes Hotel. These would have been very useful for keeping a cold drink/having a cuppa instead of either going out or missing out because of the time etc. I cannot say the room was pretty, but the real problem for me was that although I had asked for a non-smoker room, it was terribly stinking of smoke, so we had to sleep with the window open, even though it's November. Even then, the smell was overwhelming.Cleanliness of bathroom facilities. Bed took up whole of room space. Matrass sagging. TV too high on wall.But OK for short one night.cleanliness. the shower faucet dripped all night with no way to turn it off completely. The reception was very very small. Dont go to the restaruent recommended by the hotel, it was smelly and I could make better myself and I dont cook.It's good to stay just for 1 night. Because, we were travelling to Austria to ski, so we had to stay. Not very romantic. Very simple. If you have more money, choose smth different. No smoking. the staff didn't accept credit card under 100 Euro payment. one chair was broken, the bath and toilet were old. 3-rd bed in room was not good for me. it must be more clean. We expected more than price is....it is approximately good for price. no air conditioning or even a fan, very hot. old and not worth the money you are paying for a 2-star hotel. the room was awful. Having to leave our room key at reception when we went out, the room was tiny, hardly any room to move around, booked for three nights couldnt handle staying more than one night and had to pay for 80% of next night, strong cigarette smell in rooms, no 'do not disturb sign' cleaner came in at 8am while we were asleep. No sleep as we could hear everything from street even being on 4th flr.
