We stayed only one night but enjoyed it very much. Room was very comfortable and perfectly clean with nice complimentary cosmetic of good quality. There were feather pillows and duvets in the standard room and Haribo happy cherries on the beds. I am a General Manager of a hotel and frankly speaking the value of this hotel is unbelievable. The staff are friendly and attentive especially the lady working at the restaurant. Thank you all!.

Situated not in the city center, so no problems with a free parking - perfect for travelling by car. The Aviva Novum Leipzig is a great value for the money, if you don't mind not being in the city center. Also reasonably priced breakfast buffet and decent restaurant for dinner. Easy street parking. Strong hot shower. Friendly staff. The big room I stayed in was nice and very clean. There is lots of parking nearby and the hotel is right off the highway. This is a very convenient location for someone working in Leipzig. Really competent staff, just upgraded me to another room because of an internet problem and a minor light problem in the room. In walk distance (15 min) from the CCL. Free parking on the roadside. A nice hotel for the money. Room was new, with really nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. We paid 40 eur for one night, which is a bargain. Every is only 2 stars or less!. Nothing really major, only a few TV English channels and Wi-Fi does have very low signal. But it did not bother us at all. WiFi was not as strong as it could be. No worries whatsoever. Somewhat noisy in the backyard (street side is calm), which might disturb other guests. Without car you are more or less lost there (except you just visit the CCL/Messe). Breakfast was 7 eur extra per person and we booked it. However, it was very poor and not worth it at all. We were in need of iron and ironing desk, but the receptionist said it was not allowed to use it in the room. Instead we were given the possibility to use it in the locker room for the cleaning staff. Very silly, we were not even told why. If you want to go to the center you have to take a car or a taxi. That some off the reception staff did not speak english, see through glass door in the bathroom. smoky in lobby and stairwell from smokers area to which the door was always open for some reason. 1. Wi-Fi connection was weak 2. Not near to any public trtansport lines, nor bicicle or car sharing facilities. Hardly any amenities around the area. One of the screens in the room was broken. A couple of cosmetic repairs needed but very minor. The actual location of the room wasn't ideal and not as per photos shown.???. No coffee/tea in the room was a little bit disappointed in a 4 star-hotel. Wifi wasn't working well. Thought breakfast was poor not a lot of choice and kept running out so people hanging around waiting for it to be restocked. small bed with not nice pillows. A little noisy as situated next to a busy road and 24hr petrol station. Untasty caffe for the breakfast. Low quality breakfast. The weather :-). Not near public trasnportation. Location a little far from the heart of town. restaurant was unfortunately quite poor. While i would use and recommend the hotel again i would eat out. Expensive breakfast, far away from city. Just say to me that is your own problem. not enough shops or cafes ted close by for walking to. We stayed in July. It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. no kettles in the room or teas and coffee. Only 1 pillow each. Only 1 vegetarian choice in the restaurant. kitchenette was basic with minimum utensils available. 1 hob would have been useful too. Bathroom has a glass transparent door. So there is no private space if you are going to toilet. Other person on bed can see everything. Its weird. Far from city, and all the bus and tram stops, Must arrive by car!. The location, is a bit away from downtown. Location is away from downtown Totally it is NOT in the level of 4 stars. Limited facilities. - Unreliable internet access - Unequipped kitchen corner. There is a bathroom and wc without appropriate air ventilation. terrible location - very poor breakfast. Very noisy rooms.This hotel deserves no more than 2 stars, how they were given 4 stars is unbelievable! No mini bar in room, but wanted to charge 1 Euro for a small glass of ice !!.
