We chose this hotel both for location and price for a long, Xmas market weekend. On arrival, we were informed that our room rate (c€75/night) was inclusive of breakfast, soft drinks and hot drinks, which was a real bonus. The apartments arelocated just next to Kohstrasse metrostation. May be just 30 minutes walking to Branderburg gates so it is very convinient to live there if you wan to see Berlin yourself.
We live on the first floor it is just absolutely perfect terrace with tje table outside the balcony door that must be absolutely perfect in May (we were in Nothember but anyway i appreciated it. 100% value for money
